Understanding the evaluation process

At Alabama Autism Testing, we understand that pursuing an autism evaluation can be a significant step, and for some, it may even feel anxiety-provoking. Our primary goal is to make this process as stress-free and straightforward as possible, ensuring all clients feel supported every step of the way. We are here to guide adults and adolescents aged 16 and older in Alabama through a comprehensive and compassionate assessment.

Step-by-step evaluation journey

 

Step 1: Call 205-572-9886 or email admin@alabamaautismtesting.com to schedule n evaluation. Either approval for financing or a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment for evaluation.

Step 2: Attend the evaluation appointment. Please be prepared to be at the session 3-4 hours. Bottled water will be provided and rest rooms are nearby).

Step 3: Approximately 3-4 weeks after the evaluation, clients will be scheduled for a one hour results appointment and given a written report of results.

PLEASE NOTE: The above is included in the $875 payment for evaluation. If any letters for work/school accommodations are requested or letter/forms to apply for SSI/SSDI, we charge $125 per letter requested and require 7 days to provide those.
