Our fees and payment options
We aim to provide clear and fair pricing for our comprehensive autism testing and evaluation.
The total cost for the entire ASD assessment process is $750 which includes the evaluation and the one hour results appointment. A $100 deposit is required to secure an appointment. The remaining amount is expected at the beginning of the evaluation appointment and is not refundable once the appointment begins. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and health spending cards.
We also offer testing for ADHD in addition to the autism evaluation for an additional fee of $250 for ADHD testing alone or a combination of both ADHD/ASD for $925
To make payments more manageable for you, we offer a 100% acceptance, zero interest four month payment plan.
Please Note: one (1) letter/form completion is included in the fee for the evaluation. Additional letters/form completion will be an extra charge of $100 per item for letters recommending work place accommodations or letters, forms or records sent to any agency. Employers and Disability Services make their own determinations so we make no promises or guarantees that you will be approved.
Insurance coverage
We do not accept insurance for evaluations. At your request, we will supply you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to ask for reimbursement. Reimbursement is totally up to your insurance carrier and we make no promises that you will be reimbursed.
